Brian Tobiasz has over twenty-five years of experience in Construction, Development and Project Management. Brian started his career in the trades working as a laborer and carpenter, he moved through the ranks of the construction industry working as a field supervisor, project manager and project executive. This diverse background laid the foundation of Brian’s abilities to effectively manage simple and complex projects.
As an owner’s representative and general contractor Brian has represented several of the most prominent developers and corporations New Jersey. This diverse background of working for the developer and tenant has provided great insight on the overall leasing, development, and execution of projects from both perspectives.
Brian is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Construction Management and he proudly served in United States Air Force.
